SPECIALISATION

✔ Polytronics has developed a very unique series of “Spinning Machines” to test “Arming / Non Arming of various Defence products like DSD, SAD, Fuze, etc. upto 18000 RPM.

✔ The “Delay Time” measurement of products like DSD, Clockwork is done from milli seconds to seconds with high accuracy at very stable spinning RPM.

✔ The “Centrifuze Machines” are developed to test these products for “Centrifugal Acceleration Tests” upto 4000 g fource. The operator safety is ensured by providing additional Electro pneumatic interlocks for high speed machines.

EXPERTISE

✔ Polytronics expertise is in Design, Development & manufacturing “Testing Equipments” which includes PLC/PC based systems with Mechnical fixtures, High currents / High voltage electrical sources, SPM Operated by Pneumatic / Hydraulics systems, etc.

✔ The different tests covered are Overload, Short circuit (upto 20KA), mV, Di-electric, Insulation,DOT, PUT, Earth leakage, Life / Endurance etc as well as Type tests conforming to IEC / IS Standards.

✔ Especially these systems have been developed for various electrical products manufacturing lines like MCB, ELCB, MCCB, ACB, Contractors, Push buttons, Lamps, SDF Protection relays etc.
