This programmable spinning instrument is specially developed to spin Detonator Safety Device. The Operator has to load DSD in the adaptor manually & press the Test Start switch. The Adaptor will start rotating to attain the speed of 3500 RPM. While attaining speed of 3500 RPM the rotor arming RPM will be recorded on display. A sophisticated suitable PLC and VFD combination is used to achieve desired results.
This Time Testing instrument is specially developed to measure time of Clockwork Mechanism in static condition. The Operator has to charge and load the Clockwork Mechanism (without spring of hand) in the fixture and press the Trigger from top manually. The side plunger will hold the hand at 0 degrees. Now, pull the side plunger to start the hand to rotate and to start the time counting also. Push the plunger immediately to stop the rotating hand at 360 degrees and to stop the time counting also. The time counter will count and hold the reading for 360 degrees rotation of hand.
This setup is developed to test load/force required to push the trigger of clockwork mechanism. The Operator has to place the CWM in fixture and push the trigger from the top. The digital load/force meter will indicate the load exerted on the trigger.
A ‘Go’ type ring gauge is provided to check OD of plate 4. The Operator has to check the plate 4 is going through the gauge. The gauge will be hardened, ground and in required tolerance.
A ‘Go’ and ‘No go’ type height gauge to check protrusion of striker when resting on Plate and CSD both can be measured on same setup. The checking is done manually by Height gauges. The gauges will be hardened, ground and in required tolerance.
This setup is developed to check Distance between lower face of bottom plate and top face of bridge can be measured on this setup. A height gauge and a fixture are provided to check it manually. The gauges will be hardened, ground and in required tolerance.
This setup is developed to check Projection of lever from top edge from top face of top plate can be measured on this setup.
This setup is developed to check Dimension from slide washer top to top of hand and top of bridge both can be measured on this setup.
This setup is developed to test Air tightening of fuze at pressure 35Kpa (0.35 Kg/cm2) for 30 Sec. The operator has to place the Fuze in fixture and hold from top and open the air valve. Keep the air pressure for 30 Sec. The digital pressure indicator will indicate the pressure drop, if leakage is there. Switch OFF the air and remove the fuze.
This programmable spinning instrument is specially developed to check spinning of Clockwork mechanism. The Operator has to load CWM in the adaptor manually & press the Test Start switch. The Adaptor will start rotating to attain the speed of 3500 RPM. While attaining speed of 3500 RPM the arming RPM will be recorded on display. A sophisticated suitable PLC and VFD combination is used to achieve desired results.
This spinning instrument is specially developed to test Delay time at controlled RPM. The Operator has to load DSD in the adaptor manually & press the Test Start switch. The Adaptor will start rotating to attain the speed of 5000 RPM. After attaining speed of 5000 RPM, a Pin inside will be retracted automatically to allow the rotor to rotate. The millisecond counter will be started to record Delay time till arming / completion of the rotor movement. A sophisticated suitable PLC and VFD combination is used to achieve desired results.
This centrifuge instrument will be specially developed to test arming for two different Centrifugal Accelerations. The operator has to load DSD in the adaptor manually & press the Test Start-1 switch. The turn table will start rotating to attain the 1400 ‘g’ (first presetted speed). This speed will be maintained to check the product for this first presetted ‘g’ value for non-arming. After visual inspection, the test can be further continued by pressing Test Start-2 to attain the second 4000 ‘g’ (second presetted speed). Again this speed will be maintained to check product for this second presetted ‘g’ value for arming. A rotary turntable driven by electrical motor & sophisticated variable frequency drive is used for this instrument. The total test is controlled by dedicated instruments. The four units of DSD can be installed at a time being a rotary turn table. A sophisticated suitable VFD is used to achieve desired results.
